WTO Far Ahead in Benchmark Litigation 2018
Denver: In its 2018 edition, Benchmark Litigation names 19 Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell (WTO) lawyers to its Colorado list. No other firm in Colorado has more than six lawyers listed.
As a firm, WTO is ranked in Benchmark’s highest category, “highly recommended.” In its analysis, Benchmark writes, “From product liability to personal injury to commercial litigation, the firm is packed with extensive courtroom talent.”
The publication quoted a WTO client more succinctly: “If you have a tough case, you want Wheeler Trigg.”
For the fifth straight year, Benchmark listed WTO’s managing partner, Carolyn Fairless, among the Top 250 Women in Litigation nationally. Fairless is one of only two women lawyers in Colorado named to the list. WTO partners Andrew Myers, Katie Reilly, and Theresa Wardon were selected for Benchmark’s 2017 Under 40 Hot List.
“We let what is right for our clients guide our approach to litigation,” says WTO’s chairman, Michael O’Donnell, “and we determine how to do it in the smartest way possible. These results reinforce the wisdom of that approach.”
According to Benchmark, research is conducted by telephone interviews with litigators and sitting federal judges.
