WTO Featured in Law Week's "Colorado Practice Insights 2025"

Law Week Colorado turned to Katie Reilly, our firm President, about 2025 legal trends. “We represent clients in high-stakes litigation throughout the country, and in Colorado, we’re seeing an increase in the complexity of litigation,” she told Law Week for its Colorado Practice Insights 2025 feature. “Specifically, Colorado is becoming a hotbed for class actions and multi-party complex commercial litigation and antitrust litigation, and our client work reflects this trend.”

Additionally, the article highlighted our involvement in industry-changing litigation throughout the country this year, including representing a major athletic conference in class action litigation involving Name, Image, and Likeness, as well as Partner Fred Yarger arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court on a case with implications for tort reform.
