WTO Strengthens Leadership Team with Marty Paluch and Mark Usellis

As one of the nation’s top litigation boutiques, we have built a sophisticated leadership team to work alongside our lawyers and professional staff. Over the past few years, we strengthened our operations, finance, and information services teams to help fulfill our mission of serving our clients with excellence. This year, we have taken the next step by hiring our first Chief Talent Officer, Marty Paluch, and our first Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer, Mark Usellis. 

Marty joins us after a 31-year career at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Colorado, the last almost 10 years of which she spent leading the Economic Crimes Section and recruiting, developing, and mentoring a generation of outstanding lawyers. Mark spent more than 20 years as a CMO and Chief Strategy Officer for AmLaw 100 firms and as a strategy consultant for law firms across the country. 

Together, Marty and Mark will strengthen the client-facing aspects of our business, helping ensure we are a compelling choice for the clients and lawyers we want to work with. We’ve been winning for clients for 28 years, and with our new leadership team in place, the future is even brighter.
