Preparedness
Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP (WTO) is closely monitoring and reviewing daily public health updates surrounding the spread of COVID-19. As the pandemic continues to change and unfold, nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our clients, employees, families, and the community.
Open, And Safe
WTO has proactively implemented measures in our Denver and St. Louis offices as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and we are in compliance with applicable governmental orders. Most lawyers, paralegals, and staff are working remotely, except for those employees whose in-office presence is considered essential to maintain our core business functions or support our remote work.
For those essential to the running of our business whose physical presence is needed, we have staggered hours to reduce the number of people in the office at any one time and we are enforcing social distancing and mask wearing. Whether in the office or working remotely, we are committed to meeting our clients' needs with the same level of service and care you have come to expect from us, while we also join you in doing all that we can to reduce the spread of this virus.
Reducing Exposure
Although WTO represents clients across the United States, we have requested that our lawyers and staff avoid nonessential travel for the time being. We are also limiting access to our office, emphasizing the use of remote teleconferencing software for internal and external meetings. We have implemented internal policies for in-person meetings and continue to provide guidance to WTO lawyers and staff so that they can safely participate in live meetings as needed. We have rescheduled all social functions for the foreseeable future and will continue to monitor health and safety guidance from the CDC, the States of Colorado and Missouri, and other agencies as we navigate this situation.

We know these are uncertain times. We hope to be a source of steadiness for you as we rise to the occasion and adjust to the demands of this new, and we hope temporary, normal. Please don’t hesitate to contact WTO if you have questions about the work we are doing and safety measures we are taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
