Benchmark Litigation Names Marissa Ronk to Annual 40 & Under List

Denver: Benchmark Litigation has named WTO partner Marissa Ronk to its annual 40 & Under List. The guide also ranks Marissa as a Future Star.

The list recognizes the top emerging national talent in litigation aged 40 or younger who “frequently handle major precedent-setting cases” and “are ready to take the reins from previous generations.”

Marissa joined WTO in 2015 from the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn. She has represented numerous sophisticated clients in commercial, class action, and product liability matters across industries as diverse as consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and cannabis. She serves on WTO’s rapid response team for catastrophic torts, which is critical to persevering facts essential to successful defenses. Marissa also serves as co-chair of WTO’s associate review committee.
