Biography

Blaire Bayliss represents clients in complex commercial disputes and in professional liability defense cases involving physicians and mental health professionals. Blaire has significant trial experience, including conducting legal research, brief writing, defending and taking depositions (including 30(b)(6) depositions), and trial preparation.

Blaire was highly active in law school, during which time they placed first in several mock trial competitions and served as Associate Editor of the law review. Blaire also was a legal intern for WTO and the Public Interest Network.
