WTO won a jury defense verdict for an emergency room doctor accused of failing to diagnose stroke. The patient demanded $15 million, and the verdict for the doctor followed a three-week trial in northern Minnesota.

The doctor treated the patient in the ER for a migraine, and the following day the patient was diagnosed with a stroke at another facility.
