BTI Consulting Names Three WTO Leaders "Client Service All-Stars"

Denver: BTI Consulting has named Michael O’Donnell, Katie Reilly, and Michael Williams to its 2023 client service lists. The guide recognized Reilly and Williams as “Client Service All-Star MVPs,” a designation reserved for lawyers with consecutive appearances on the All-Stars list. O’Donnell was also recognized as a “Client Service All-Star,” his third recognition.

These lawyers “combine exceptional legal skills and client service prowess to deliver a superior experience,” reports BTI.

BTI highlighted Reilly among an elite class of only five lawyers nationwide to earn four consecutive “All-Star” designations. In its report, BTI identified 204 All-Stars MVPs nationwide.

“Providing excellent client service is every bit as important at WTO as providing excellent trial and litigation counsel,” says WTO Co-Managing Partner Carolyn Fairless. “These honors affirm that our clients see and feel the WTO difference.” 

Also this year, BTI named WTO among the Top 50 U.S. firms for client service. BTI has also previously honored WTO among the Top 14 “Most-Feared” firms and among 16 “Standouts” nationwide for alternative fees.

BTI developed its rankings from over 350 in-depth interviews of high-ranking in-house counsel from companies with over $700 million in revenue. According to BTI, lawyers are only recognized as a “Client Service All-Star” when a top legal decision-maker names them in an interview without prompt or suggestion. Neither lawyers nor law firms can pay, influence, or nominate themselves.
