Biography

Christian Lee is one of WTO’s lead eDiscovery attorneys. He brings more than 15 years of experience driving innovation, quality and efficiency in litigation, investigations and regulatory matters. Christian coordinates case teams and works with legal service providers to ensure adherence to the highest process standards from case inception to conclusion.

Christian is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) through the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists as well as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.  He has extensive experience managing the EDRM process and leveraging data analytics, AI and other technologies in a range of eDiscovery software platforms to improve legal outcomes and cost-effectiveness. Christian also consults on legal service vendor selection, presents CLEs on eDiscovery topics, develops guidance based on evolving legal and technology best practices, and implements client-focused process improvements.

Prior to joining WTO, Christian served at an AmLaw 50 firm in New York.

Cases

  • Led eDiscovery efforts in a multi-year series of high-profile investigations, class actions and other litigation involving sales practices for one of America's largest retail banks.
  • Managed document review and international consumer data privacy compliance issues related to a federal investigation of a major cryptocurrency exchange.
  • Coordinated large-scale document review, privilege log production and financial data analysis for one of the world's leading investment banking firms facing litigation and investigations stemming from the sale of residential mortgage-backed securities.
