Won a jury defense verdict in a wrongful death product liability suit for an international automobile manufacturer.

WTO lawyers defended an international automobile manufacturer in a wrongful death product liability suit filed in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.  The plaintiff claimed that the vehicle manufactured by our client was defective and not crashworthy.  One of the vehicle's components had been subject to a recall campaign that the plaintiff claimed was related to his claim.  After a three-and-a-half week trial, the jury found in favor of our client on all counts.
