Law Week Colorado Names Melissa Romero to "Top Women"

“My clients … deserve more than polished work product and honed trials skills, but also an empathetic advocate who hears what’s at stake and acts with understanding and purpose.” That’s how Partner Melissa Romero, named one of Law Week Colorado’s five “Top Women” this year, describes what guides her approach to client service. Her pre-law background in child welfare, teaching, and social work helps her understand that her “clients may be businesses, but they’re run by people navigating difficult moments, pressure, and uncertainty.”
