- Won decertification of an FLSA collective with 1,300 opt-ins spread over nine states, which had been conditionally certified before WTO took over the case. The claim against WTO's global healthcare provider client was for overtime due to alleged missed meal breaks.
- Substantially prevailed at trial for a national franchisor in a more than $50 million case brought by franchisees alleging numerous express and implied breaches of the franchise agreements and seeking related declaratory judgments.
- Defeated conditional certification of an FLSA putative collective action in federal court in Colorado for a ground medical transportation provider.
- Representing one of the nation's largest beauty and wellness franchisors in a consolidated breach of contract case against 11 plaintiff groups in Colorado state court.
- Representing a dialysis provider in an FLSA conditional collective that was certified before WTO took over the case.
