In 2011, WTO won summary judgment in a civil litigation matter on behalf of WTO's client, a construction consultant to a utility company. WTO defended the consultant in a professional negligence lawsuit related to a nationally publicized federal criminal trial in which the utility was charged with willfully violating OSHA safety regulations.
