Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell Names Five New Partners for 2012
DENVER: The Denver-based trial law firm of Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP is pleased to announce that Bryan Cross, Joel Neckers, Kara Rosenthal, Dave Schaller, and Jessica Scott have been named partners effective January 1, 2012.
Bryan Cross focuses his national litigation practice on product liability, construction defect, and complex commercial matters. He also excels in defending premises liability, professional negligence, asbestos-related litigation, and catastrophic personal injury matters. Prior to joining WTO, Bryan practiced at Texas and Michigan-based law firms. He graduated from Indiana School of Law.
Joel Neckers handles complex civil litigation including the defense of consumer class actions, business and shareholder disputes, medical malpractice and tort cases, and corporate internal investigations and compliance matters. Before joining WTO, Joel served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable David W. McKeague of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.
Kara Rosenthal focuses her legal practice on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts in the areas of product liability and professional liability. She excels in defending hospitals and healthcare professionals against medical malpractice claims. Prior to joining WTO, Kara was an associate at an international law firm. She graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law.
David Schaller's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts nationwide, including in the areas of commercial disputes, franchise litigation, professional malpractice, product liability, personal injury defense, and general tort matters. Prior to becoming an attorney and joining WTO, Mr. Schaller worked for 12 years in business where he developed strong negotiation and management skills that help him successfully represent clients in all manner of disputes. He graduated Order of St. Ives from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Jessica Scott's legal practice involves complex commercial litigation in federal and state court at both the trial and appellate level. She focuses her practice on product liability, class action defense, legal malpractice, insurance defense, and punitive-damages law. Before joining WTO, Jessica served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Andrew J. Kleinfeld of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She graduated Order of the Coif from the University of California Boalt Hall School of Law.
