WTO Announces Management Committee Changes

Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell announced firm leadership updates, effective February 1, 2025. Katie Reilly moved from At-Large Member of the Management Committee to President, and Fred Yarger joined the committee as an At-Large Member. Other members of the Management Committee include Mike Williams, Managing Partner, and Joe Farchione, At-Large Member.

 “We are thrilled to see Katie step into the President role, and it is an honor to welcome Fred to the committee,” Mike said. “As WTO focuses on top priorities that include growing our future leaders, I’m confident we have the right management team in place.”

Katie is nationally recognized for representing clients in antitrust matters and class actions in highly regulated industries. BTI Consulting has named her a nationwide Client Service All-Star MVP, and Chambers USA ranks her for commercial litigation in Colorado. 

A former Solicitor General of Colorado, Fred represents clients in high-stakes appeals and complex litigation nationwide. He has been on the front lines of dozens of precedent-setting cases in a wide range of legal areas. Chambers USA ranks him for appellate litigation in Colorado. 

Mike has earned broad recognition for representing companies in high-stakes class actions and commercial litigation. He is nationally ranked in Chambers USA, and BTI Consulting has named him a Client Service All-Star MVP.

Joe is a go-to healthcare defense lawyer and has tried more than 100 cases to verdict nationwide. The Best Lawyers in America has recognized Joe in medical malpractice law, and he is a Healthcare Advisory Committee Member of American Legal Connections.
