Successfully defended the appeal of a 2010 jury verdict for AT&T.

The Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell team of Ray Martin, John Fitzpatrick, and LaMar Jost successfully defended the appeal of a 2010 jury verdict on behalf of AT&T in a high-profile whistleblower case. 

The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the plaintiff's attempt to expand the standard for whistleblower claims and her argument that the Court had committed reversible error during the course of the trial.

The 2010 decision, a complete defense verdict obtained by WTO, was selected by Law Week Colorado as one of the top defense verdicts in Colorado for that year.
