WTO's Tom Dec Selected for LCLD Pathfinder Program
Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell’s Thomas Dec has been selected to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) Pathfinder program.
The program connects high-potential, early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD member organizations, providing a seven–month professional development program focused on foundational leadership and relationship building. The program gives participants the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching.
WTO is an LCLD member. The Pathfinders program advances LCLD’s mission, which states, “To empower the next generation of diverse leaders in the profession, we must engage the top leaders of today.”
Tom represents clients in complex civil litigation across a range of industries, including automotive, transportation, and insurance.
Additionally, he is the Public Policy Chair for the Colorado LGBTQ+ Bar Association and is a member of the Colorado Attorney Mentoring Program (CAMP). Tom earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
