Daniel D. McParland

Daniel McParland serves on WTO's eDiscovery team. His prior experience includes working as a tax associate for a small tax resolution firm where he represented various small businesses and individuals as Power of Attorney before the Internal Revenue Service. In this role, Dan successfully negotiated settlements of his clients' outstanding tax liabilities.

As a contract attorney, Dan worked for multiple law firms on various complex matters in the areas of mortgages, product liability, antitrust, natural resources, securities, patent, and employment issues.

Before becoming a lawyer, Dan worked in the financial services industry as a supervisor and manager.  He also worked for a large telecommunications company, a professional labor union, and a national retail pharmacy chain.
