Biography

Hanna Bustillo brings a wide range of valuable litigation experience to her clients. Prior to joining WTO, Hanna worked for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, where she briefed, argued, and won numerous matters on appeal. Hanna’s government work included substantial motions practice, Colorado Statewide Grand Jury appearances, and significant roles in high-profile investigations of law enforcement misconduct, civil rights violations, and online illicit narcotics markets. 

Previously, Hanna clerked for the Colorado Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. In addition, she spent two summers as a summer associate in the Denver office of an AmLaw 100 law firm.

Hanna is passionate about supporting survivors of domestic violence and their families. Currently, she serves as a board member for the Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence in Boulder.
