Kaleb Gregory represents clients in appellate litigation, complex commercial litigation, and product liability matters. He also advises clients on how to prepare for threatened or expected litigation and administrative proceedings to increase the likelihood of an early resolution.
Before joining WTO, Kaleb was a law clerk to The Honorable David J. Porter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and to The Honorable Sarah E. Pitlyk of U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He also was a fellow in the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Missouri, where he handled a wide range of appellate and other matters.
During law school, Kaleb was a member of the Washington University School of Law Appellate Clinic, where he represented and ultimately secured a settlement on behalf of his client. He has also briefed and argued appeals in federal and state court.
