In our most recent trial victory, a jury sided with our team of Cedric Logan, Habib Nasrullah, and Matt Jasilli in a dispute over the proceeds of a pharmaceutical clinical trial. 

The jury deliberated for less than two hours before returning a verdict for our clients – shareholders of a clinical research company – on all claims, including civil theft, fraud, conversion, and breach of fiduciary duty.
