WTO Elects 6 New Partners
Denver: Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell has elected six lawyers to its partnership.
To start 2025, WTO elevated Andrew Gehring, Will Hauptman, Kevin Homiak, Cecilie Loidolt, Shawn Neal, and Jennie Oxley to partner at the firm.

Andrew Gehring represents national and multinational clients in bet-the-company cases and helps individuals navigate complex commercial, contractual, and other business disputes. He has represented more than 100 clients in jurisdictions across the United States.
Will Hauptman defends lawyers and law firms in complex legal professional liability matters and represents other sophisticated clients in commercial litigation. He has won cases at trial and on appeal, and he has achieved great results for clients nationwide.
Kevin Homiak represents sophisticated clients nationwide in complex commercial litigation and professional liability defense, and he co-chairs WTO’s Pro Bono Committee. He has won multiple jury verdicts as lead trial counsel and also handles high-stakes appeals.
Cecilie Loidolt has taken over 60 cases to jury defending her clients in high-exposure medical malpractice lawsuits. She has significant experience representing medical providers in eight-figure birth injury cases and often serves as national counsel.
Shawn Neal defends healthcare clients in high-stakes medical malpractice cases. She specializes in representing hospitals and healthcare professionals in high-exposure pediatric cases, including birth injury matters, in challenging jurisdictions.
Jennie Oxley is a former Assistant United States Attorney who represents clients facing complex commercial and professional liability claims. She has significant trial and courtroom experience.
