WTO Wins Trial in Franchising Dispute

Our team of Tommy Olsen, Melissa Romero, Macy Mize-Martinez, and Corey Thompson prevailed at trial following years of litigation for a national beauty and wellness franchisor in a more than $50 million case brought by franchisees alleging breach of contract, breach of good faith and fair dealing, and other significant claims. 

Adopting much of our written submission following the two-week bench trial, the court found largely in our client’s favor—a ruling that should serve to avoid copycat cases against our client.
