WTO Class Action Team Named in Law360's "Legal Lions of the Week"

Law360 highlighted our team led by Jessica Scott and Allison McLaughlin in its Legal Lions of the Week column for dismantling a collective action brought by about 1,300 workers over nine states claiming our client owed them overtime due to alleged missed meal breaks. 

The result represents our latest win in an FLSA action. 

The collective was conditionally certified before our team took over the case. 

Our full team included Andrew H. Myers, Dave Schaller, Meghan Berglind, Caley Carlson, Hannah Chapple, Jessica Eller, Macy Mize-Martinez, Angelica Perez, Audrey Pham, and Iva Velickovic.
